Shipping Included
Every Just Relent order includes free standard shipping within the United States. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay—no hidden shipping fees.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your shipping information before your order is processed.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
After your order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.
If your package is significantly delayed, appears to be lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us. We'll work with you to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
